Yes I will work harder than any other agent to market, then take you from contract to close with your property. In fact aside from the marketing side of which I am head and shoulders above almost all of the competition, I also help protect access to your property. How you may ask? Because I value you, I use the best available key safe to protect access to your home. Most agents use "combo" locks and yes they are a simple way to protect a key but lets face it anyone (yes anyone) can crack the code given time because they just have to try numerous combinations. For the lockbox below with 4 tumblers that is 10,000 possible combinations.
To put that into perspective... trying a new combination every 5 seconds (after all you are just turning 1 number at a time) it would take just over 13 hours to gain access to your property. with a 3 numbers that is only 1,000 combinations or just over 1 hour! Ummm your home can be opened with only 13 hours of hard work?
Yes there is a point here because I use our SUPRA Lock system which used an electronic key that is updated daily via satellite. And if you do not pay your dues, or no longer hold an active real estate license this electronic key ceases to open ANY Supra lock boxes. And this is not the coolest feature yet! In addition, when it is used by any agent, I am notified immediately that someone has opened the lock with their name, number and brokerage house!
So if the agent down the street wants to protect your key with the box on the right, you now know the facts. (And I didn't even have time to mention that if the code gets out to the general public some way, you suddenly have an open door policy!)
