Caloosa Market Update For October 2013 

This has been a remarketable year so far for Caloosa.  We are up to 16 home sales in 2013.  (In 2012 there were only 11 sales)

True we are still dealing with Short Sales and Foreclosures out here, but the numbers do show upward movement this year! 

This year we have had 12 regular deals, 2 short sales and 2 foreclosures that have closed.  There are still several properties under contract, primarily short sales.

The biggest gain has been in Caloosa's price per square foot having gained from $140/sf in 2012 to $176/sf this year!

I think your price increase can be directly linked to your falling inventory.  We all know it is tight down in Florida now.
